West unwilling to facilitate peace in Ukraine: Russian FM

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the threats by Western countries to impose new sanctions on Moscow over the Ukrainian crisis are indicative of their reluctance to facilitate peace in east Ukraine.

“Behind these calls [for sanctions] lies the unwillingness of these figures, these relevant countries, the United States, the European Union, to seek the implementation of what was agreed in Minsk on February 12,” Lavrov said on Thursday in reference to a peace deal reached earlier in the Belarusian capital.
Ukraine’s warring sides reached a deal, dubbed Minsk II, at a summit attended by the leaders of Russia, France, and Germany in Minsk on February 11 and 12. The agreement introduced measures such as a ceasefire, which commenced on February 15, the pullout of heavy weapons, and constitutional reform in Ukraine by the end of the year.
Lavrov also said that the Western countries are trying “to whip up hysterical sentiment, to deflect attention from the need to follow the Minsk agreement.”
He further called the West’s demands regarding the enforcement of the truce “laughable,” saying, “Everyone understands perfectly well that there are no ideal truces and ideal ceasefires.”
The top Russian diplomat also said that the fighting in eastern Ukraine has decreased. “After all, the truce is producing results.”

Lavrov’s comments came a day after the European Council’s President Donald Tusk told the EU legislature that additional bans remain on the table, adding, “We should be ready for any development — good or bad.”
The EU has so far imposed visa bans and asset freezes on 151 individuals and 37 entities, and has imposed economic sanctions on Moscow.
Donetsk and Lugansk are two mainly Russian-speaking regions in eastern Ukraine that have witnessed deadly clashes between pro-Russia forces and the Ukrainian army since Kiev launched military operations in April last year to crush protests there.
Nearly 5,700 people have been killed and close to a million have been displaced since the armed conflict began in eastern Ukraine in April 2014.

Ukrainian Defence Minister Stepan Poltorak, who turned 50 on Wednesday, received and posed with some unusual gifts: a mugshot cake of Vladimir Putin, as well as a framed picture of himself spanking the Russian president.

The photos were posted on the Facebook page of Assistant Defence Minister and presidential adviser Yuri Biryukov, and received several thousand likes.

He also poses with a picture of the Russian president getting a spanking.

Investor: Putin could be world’s richest man with stolen $200B fortune

Vladimir Putin might be the richest man on earth.

The Russian president stole billions from his country’s war chest and stashed it away in secret accounts, according to a man who was once that country’s largest foreign investor.

Bill Browder, CEO of Hermitage Capital Management, estimates Putin’s net worth at $200 billion. That would make Putin more than twice as wealthy as Bill Gates, who, with a fortune of $79.2 billion, is the world’s richest person.

“The amount of money that hasn’t been spent on [Russian] schools and roads and hospitals and so on, all that money is in property, Swiss bank accounts, shares, hedge funds,” Browder said.

FAKE: Ukrainian Volunteer Battalion Pravyy Sektor Conducts Further Offensive Despite the Ceasefire.

On February 15, after a ceasefire was established in eastern Ukraine, a cyber attack was committed against the official site of the National Guard of Ukraine.

As a result of the hacking, false information about alleged plans of the Ukrainian Volunteer Battalion Pravyy Sektor to conduct a further offensive despite the ceasefire appeared on the site. This information was immediately spread through Russian news channels and Internet resources.

This information is plainly untruthful.

There is clear evidence of the cyber attack: the date of this report was changed from February 14 to February 15.

Moreover, the sham information contained simple linguistic mistakes in Ukrainian, suggesting it may have been written using “Google Translate”.

Such provocations are aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Volunteer Battalions. Ukraine is fulfilling all its obligations according to the Minsk agreements. The Ukrainian military strictly abide by the ceasefire.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Washington's Pocket Since 2006

It turns out that Ukraine's president, Petro Poroshenko, has been working for the U.S. government since at least 2006 and they knew he was corrupt

There's not much point in staging a coup if you don't influence who is placed in power in the aftermath. Of course in order for a puppet government to be effective, they can't be perceived as such. You wouldn't want the natives to get restless would you?

The evidence that the U.S. was behind the toppling of the Ukrainian government early this year is so overwhelming at this point that the subject really isn't up for debate, however initially it was unclear how the election of Petro Poroshenko fit in. The ecstatic response by Washington when he was declared the winner, and their unbending support in spite of his ongoing military assault against civilians in the east,made it clear that he was the chosen one, but the paper trail wasn't immediately obvious.

As it turns out, the evidence that Poroshenko is in the pocket of the U.S. State Department has been available all this time, you just had to know where to find it. In a classified diplomatic cable from 2006 released by Wikileaks.org, U.S. officials refer to Poroshenko as "Our Ukraine (OU) insider Petro Poroshenko".

A separate cable also released by Wikileaks makes it clear that the U.S. government was considered Poroshenko corrupt.
"Poroshenko was tainted by credible corruption allegations, but wielded significant influence within OU; Poroshenko's price had to be paid."

The U.S. government knew Poroshenko was dirty, but he was influential, and arguably their most dependable mole.

Perhaps the most interesting revelation comes from a 2009 cable where Poroshenko told then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton he supported "the opening of a U.S. diplomatic presence in Crimea" and "He emphasized the importance of Crimea, and said that having U.S. representation there would be useful for Ukraine." Poroshenko's role as an informant for the U.S. government continued in cables in 2010 as well.

Reading through the cables, I have to wonder if Poroshenko was actually breaking Ukrainian law by sharing the kind of strategic information that he did. Considering that this information was certainly used when planning the coup against Yanukovich, one could argue that he committed treason.

Poroshenko, however, isn't the only Ukrainian politician mentioned. For example, the cables mention the scandal surrounding Oleksandr Turchynov's destruction of SBU documents tying Julia Tymoshenko to organized crime, and note that the accusation that Tymoshenko wanted Turchynov get the Interior Minister position so that she could gather damaging information on her enemies. The cablerefers to this accusation as "not farfetched". Turchynov went on to be installed as the acting president of Ukraine in the provisional government.

In order to grasp the extent of the U.S. government's tinkering in Ukraine it is worth reading the documents for yourself.

Putin claims Russian forces 'could conquer Ukraine capital in two weeks'

Vladimir Putin has said Russian forces could conquer the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, in two weeks if he so ordered, the Kremlin has confirmed.

Moscow declined to deny that the president had spoken of taking Kiev in a phone conversation on Friday with José Manuel Barroso, the outgoing president of the European commission.

Yuri Ushakov, a Kremlin foreign policy adviser, said on Tuesday that the Barroso leak had taken Putin's remarks out of context.

"This is incorrect, and is outside all the normal framework of diplomatic practice, if he did say it. This is simply not appropriate for a serious political figure," he said of the Barroso leak, according to the Russian Interfax news agency.

EU leaders held a summit on Saturday to decide who should run the union for the next five years, but the session was quickly preoccupied by Putin's invasion of Ukraine and how to respond.

Barroso told the closed meeting that Putin had told him Kiev would be an easy conquest for Russia, according to the Italian newspaper, La Repubblica. According to the account, Barroso asked Putin about the presence of Russian troops in eastern Ukraine. Nato says there are at least 1,000 Russian forces on the wrong side of the border. The Ukrainians put the figure at 1,600.

"The problem is not this, but that if I want I'll take Kiev in two weeks," Putin said, according to La Repubblica.

The Kremlin did not deny Putin had spoken of taking Kiev, but instead complained about the leak of the Barroso remarks.

Petro Poroshenko, the Ukrainian president, attended the EU summit and painted an apocalyptic picture of the conflict, with EU leaders dropping their usual public poise in a heated debate.

Dalia Grybauskaite, the Lithuanian president, declared Russia was "at war with Europe". The German chancellor, Angela Merkel, the main mediator with Putin, was said to be furious with the Russian leader, warning that he was "irrational and unpredictable", while David Cameron was said to have raised the issue of Britain discussing policy options regarding Putin.

Cameron likened the west's dilemma with Putin to relations between the then British prime minister, Neville Chamberlain, with Adolf Hitler in Munich in 1938, when Anglo-French appeasement encouraged the Nazi leader to launch the second world war the following year.

"We run the risk of repeating the mistakes made in Munich in 1938. We cannot know what will happen next," Cameron was reported as saying. "This time we cannot meet Putin's demands. He has already taken Crimea and we cannot allow him to take the whole country."

Merkel pointed to the dangers for the Baltic states on Russia's western borders, home to large ethnic Russian minorities. She said Estonia and Latvia could be Putin's next targets, according to La Repubblica.

Defence of the two countries – both of which are Nato and EU members and part of the euro single currency zone – is the centrepiece of this week's NATO summit in Wales and the alliance is said to view that defence as a red line which Putin dare not cross. The US president, Barack Obama, is to deliver a speech in Estonia on Wednesday repeating that message.

The main decisions facing the Nato summit in Newport include deploying rapid response Nato spearhead units to the Baltic and Poland if necessary, stockpiling arms and equipment in the region, and strengthening the NATO presence in the east.

The plans call for units of up to 5,000 forces to be deployed within two to five days, according to a senior military official at NATO.

To try to avoid a bigger legal dispute with Russia, the NATO presence in the east will not be called permanent – proscribed under a NATO-Russia pact from 1997 – but back-to-back rotation of alliance forces will mean there is a persistent presence, according to a senior Nato diplomat.

If the Baltics and Polish are reassured by NATO, there will be little short-term comfort for Ukraine at the summit, which Poroshenko will also attend.

"It's not actually NATO's job to be the police officer of Europe. Nato is not the first responder on this," the diplomat said. "Nato's planning is all about how to defend allies, not partners like Ukraine."

At the weekend, Grybauskaite demanded that the west arm Ukraine. That is unlikely. "Nato is not going to launch a defence capacity-building mission in Ukraine," said the diplomat.

The summit is also expected to take NATO membership bids by four former Soviet states off the table in order to not antagonize Putin.

Russia is certain to respond to the Nato moves in eastern Europe, though it is not yet clear how.

"Nato's planned action … is evidence of the desire of US and Nato leaders to continue their policy of aggravating tensions with Russia," said Mikhail Popov, a Kremlin military official. Russia's military posture would be adapted appropriately.

Russian MP E-mail Hack Reveals Info War Plans Against Ukraine

Hackers from the group Anonymous International, that recently uploaded Russian military correspondence, have now hacked the e-mail of Russian Parliament Member Robert Shlegel. According to the leaked correspondence the MP coordinated the work of trolls on Ukrainian and foreign forums, coordinated planting of information and aided the separatists in various ways. For instance, in a letter he orders his aide to print ballots for a “people’s referendum” about the federalization of Ukraine. In another he writes to Russian VK.com social network CEO Pavel Durov demanding that the accounts of Pravy Sektor, a Ukrainian radical nationalist group, be blocked.

Shlegel’s headquarters operated on a much smaller budget than the previous “troll factory”: only $3,000 were allocated to the propaganda workers. Instead, the MP’s HQ preferred to work with those ready to hail Putin and bash the US for free. The correspondence contains a video of how great it is that Crimea joined Russia, a draft blog post about heroic guys from the Ukrainian riot police unit “Berkut”, known for atrocities during the Maidan protests, op-eds by pro-Kremlin opinion journalists and many other materials on Ukraine.

AIN.UA has picked several interesting materials illustrating the MP’s work on the “Ukrainian issue”. Thus, in one of the letters the MP asks his aide to make ballots in support of the separatists.

“We need to make a ballot. 
Can you do it promptly on your own?

And made they were. Soon after that they were delivered to Eastern Ukraine.

The Russian MP also asked VK.com CEO to block groups of Pravyi Sector for “extremist and russophobic references”. He used alleged people’s requests to the Russian Parliament as the basis for his request.
A letter from Shlegel to Vk.com, urging them to block several Ukrainian nationalist groups, providing specific links and citing “people’s pleas”. Shlegel also urges VK to ban “other similar groups”.

In late June this year Russia demanded the removal from the file deposit Ex.ua an archive with correspondence of a certain Igor Osadchyi, since providing free access to correspondence violated Russian law. Russia also demanded that the user who uploaded the archive be blocked. The media believe Osadchyi to be connected with Concord, a company belonging Evegeniy Prigozhin, as well as with a certain “Internet Research Agency”.

According to information provided by hackers, this agency coordinates the activities of the so-called Kremlin Trolls – people who respond on pages critical of Russian government policy with mocking, critical and abusive comments including on websites belonging to foreign media.

Russian MP E-Mail Leak

Как обычно, начнем с технической стороны. Письма со всех ящиков слиты в один архив и пронумерованны по дате. Каждое письмо – в виде файла .eml. Письма были выложены Шалтаем на Мегу в виде архива размером 2.74 гигабайта.


Как я уже написал – это один из самых больших сливов. На то, чтобы прочесть и рассортировать всю эту переписку, у меня ушло целых три дня. С самого начала около 5-6 часов понадобилось на поиск почтового клиента, способного разом обработать такое дикое количество писем. Я прочел все письма, выделил самые интересные и распихал их по нескольким категориям.




Самая основная, это конечно интернет-деятельность взломанного политика и разнообразные законы об ограничении интернета, в которых он успел поучаствовать, но опять же, как видно из названий тем, он оказался более чем многогранной личностью :)

Подавляющее большинство писем – это переписка со своими помощниками, обсуждение законопроектов, организация встреч с политиками и экспертами. Тут следует отдать Шлегелю должное – попав в кресло депутата, он не бросился в бизнес, а серьезного занимается законотворчеством и работой на народ, если хотите. С законотворчества и начнем. Первые заделы общего закона об интернете




Вообще помощники у него – ребята с мозгами. Много где критикуют по делу, однако элемент политиканства никуда не девается. Например, разнообразная нездоровая деятельность поделена в Госдуме между группами, и конкретно здесь помощник очень хочет в группу по всякой лютой херне АХААХАХАХАХАХАХ (ее еще будет предостаточно впереди)




Шлегель ОЧЕНЬ тесно дружит с РАЭК и даже позиция по законопроектам у них, как правило, одинаковая. Впрочем, иногда это и попытка оградить интернет от очередного пизданутого закона, который придумывают оторванные от жизни депутаты.




Концепция и впрямь хуевая, однако следующие несколько месяцев будут местами вытаскивать ее на свет божий, а местами топить еще глубже в ад. Помощник по юридическим вопросам предупреждает депутата:




Конкретно здесь идет обсуждение тогда еще непринятых поправок по авторскому праву в интернете и связанными с ними досудебными блокировками.




Для того, чтобы принять тот или иной говнозакон, депутатам нужна экспертная поддержка в виде докладов и исследований. Вот как раз одно из таких. Прелесть внутренней переписки в том, что никто и не скрывает – что исследование не имеет ничего общего с реальностью и сделано только для того, чтобы взятый за гузку депутат смог на него кивнуть и сослаться. И действительно, очередной доклад сделал полностью в стиле "Ух как много себе позволяем то! Пора бы на гаечки подзакрутить!"




Оказывается РАЭК предлагал банить ресурсы только по урлу, да и Роскомнадзор подустал от потока говна, которые на него выливают за блокировки.




Впрочем у депутата немного другое мнение на этот счет




И тут они вспоминают что уже готовили закон на эту тему АХАХАХАХХАХАХАХА






Да и досудебная блокировка уже не выглядит такой ужасной




Здесь на горизонте впервые появляется некто Массух, хорошо известный в узких кругах. Оказывается, он тоже принимает участие в разработках законопроектов.




Запрет – он как наркотик. Ты впервые попробовал запретить что-нибудь на вечеринке знакомого депутата. Потом еще разок. Потом ты втягиваешься во вкус и вот ты уже ищешь, что еще незапрещенного осталось в интернете. Анонимайзеры!




Роскомнадзор не стоит в сторонке и придумывает новые, более изощренные способы блокировок. Справедливости ради, надо сказать что этот способ, хоть и основан на грубом вмешательстве в трафик, позволяет вывести из под удара ресурсы, на которых нет запрещенного контента, но которым не повезло оказаться по соседству.




Тут как тут, конечно же, появляются упыри, которые придумывают всю новые способы прижучивания пользователей. Конкретно эта компания – мониторит крупнейшие торрент-трекеры и записывает айпишники всех, кто качает пиратский контент. Компания очень хочет иметь законодательную возможность получать у провайдеров установочные данные пользователей, а затем требовать с них деньги под угрозой уголовного дела.








Но вернемся к нашим законодателям




На подходе – очередная "идея"!






Правда выясняется, что идея не нова, ее уже предлагал Дегтярев, за что был заслуженно облит говном и критикой.




А вот и законопроектик от Яровой подоспел. На самом деле, тут всего два важных момента.




А вот зачаточек еще одного закона, про интернет-троллей. Специально для тех, кто кричит "Мама, меня в интернете обидели!"




И ближе к концу на горизонте появляется обсуждение "закона о блогерах" с пресловутыми тремя тысячами посетителей. Обратите внимание, депутаты уже тогда знали, что в аналогичном законе в Израле нужно набрать 50000 в день, однако в законе осталась старая формулировка.




У меня сложилось общее впечатление, что хоть Шлегель и пытается как-то отстаивать права пользователей, законы все равно выходят пизданутые, иногда даже благодаря, а не вопреки.

Но не законами едиными жив депутат. Мы уже обратили внимание на РОИ, которое засветилось в одном из писем. Оказывается, с принятием народных инициатив на этом сайте не все так просто и некоторые инициативы могут быть "народнее". Движение "СтопХам" предложило ввести возможность возбуждать административные дела по видеозаписям, однако на момент подачи на модерации РОИ уже висело сразу две похожих инициативы. Администратор РОИ предлагает Шлегелю выбор:




Как вы поняли, в этой части повествования мы плавно переходим к разнообразному зашквару :) Вот здесь коллеги Шлегеля жалуются ему на АЗАРа. АХАХАХАХАХАХАХА, нехило у кого-то бомбануло от статей АЗАРа






Впрочем АЗАР – это конечно же ржака. А вот это уже реальный зашквар








Тут можно вообще ничего не комментировать, скриншоты говорят сами за себя. А мы тем временем продолжаем копание в чужой переписке. Я слышал, что депутату нельзя заниматься бизнесом, но кое-кто похоже об этом не знает.








Плох тот депутат, который не мечтает занятся бизнесом и плох тот нашист, который не мечтает сколотить собственный политконсалтинг, АХАХАХАХАХАХАХ. Впрочем, о каких либо успехах этих проектов абсолютно ничего не известно.


Зато известно об участии Шлегеля в предвыборной кампании Дегтярева. Вот уж нежданчик конечно, извините. Политконсультанты у технического кандидата-аутсайдера – это что-то новенькое ))










На этом этапе уже собралось достаточно людей, которые скажут, что это все фейк, письма подделаны и скриншоты – грязная клевета. Тем не менее, несколько человек, присутствующих в письмах, лично мне подтвердили их подлинность, так что я более чем уверен, что тут все ок. Но специально для самых непробиваемых – паспорта :) Ах, как я люблю, когда в переписки всплывают сканы паспортов :)

Кроме паспортов в почте обнаружилась куча уведомлений о регистрации доменов. Видимо это эхо различных интернет-проделок Шлегеля, хотя некоторые названия выглядят как-то очень сомнительно. Вот лишь несколько:

В платежке указан адрес магазина, где был совершен платеж. Открываем, и.. ooops!




Ну, ЗАТО НЕ ГЕЙСКОЕ!!! В том же письме указаны логин-пароль и остальные данные.




Мандарин, хехе. Теперь коллеги-депутаты будут его подкалывать наверно типа "Эй, привет, мандарин :)". Еще несколько писем. Справедливости ради оговоримся, что в основном это письма ЕМУ, а не ОТ него. А депутату могут всякое писать.






В статье по ссылке речь идет о сливе экс-главы Росмолодежи Белоконева, который попалился на каких-то коррупционных схемах. Сейчас он уже "ушел", но еще тогда занимал свой пост, а атаки на него вызывали немалый бугурт у приближенных к РосМолодежи.




Ну и относительно свежее палево – макет бюллетеня для проведения референдума на Юго-Востоке Украины. Откуда он у него в почте и в каком контексте фигурировал – непонятно, но "он есть!".






Поиски помещения, сами по себе содержат зашквар на какого-то чинушу, хехе.

Следующая часть деятельности депутата – так называемые "обращения", или депутатские запросы. Их много, прямо до хрена. Вот какие-то местные казаки пишут письмо с требованием запретить фестиваль "Кубана". В штабе депутат взвешивают репутационные риски:

Наезд на Пепси и Кокаколу на фоне санкций США. Если честно, то правильно, нахуй это говно, "Байкала" и "Тархуна" сейчас хер найдешь где, везде эта липкая блевотина продается.




"Гаттаров опять вылез" АХАХХАХАХАХХАА, ох уж этот Гаттаров.




Идем дальше. Шлегель, как не трудно догадаться, не любит оппозицию. Совсем.










Зато я знаю, кого он точно любит. Вообще на тему дня рождения Путина в почте попались самые пизданутые идеи из всех. Сейчас конечно же отдельно пройдемся




После этого письма, судя по всему, они решают остановится на "портрете Путина". Делают заказ дизайнеру и вот..






ЧТО?!! АХАХАХХА я бы на месте Владимира Владимировича расстрелял бы их нахуй за такой "подарочек". Хороший совет – "творческие личности – хуевые дизайнеры, постарайтесь избегать их", АХАХАХАХАХАХАХ. Кстати, я не один так думаю.




Дизайнеру пересылают ЦУ, суть которых в том, что переделать надо почти и все и у творческой личности взрывается задница




Ох бля, "со вкусом тяжеловато". Мне кажется, пора уже вводить законы против "креативных хипстеров", хехе) Вообще раз уж мы затронули тему пизданутых идей, можно опубликовать несколько писем.

Ладно, ржака ржакой, а в почте осталось еще несколько серьезных вещей. Например, Шлегель сводит производителя зубной пасты Сплат и немецких дистрибьюторов. Не очень понятно, получает ли он при этом что-то или просто поддерживает отечественного производителя, но участвует точно.












Странная история, думаю она заслуживает комментариев самого Шлегеля. В последний раз вернемся к теме законопроектов за еще одной смешной историей. Шлегель и ко пытались разработать поправки к закону о терроризме, суть которых в том, чтобы запретить СМИ транслировать любую инофрмацию от лиц, признанных террористами. Нетрудно догадаться, что от такого нарушения конституционных прав охуели даже в ФСБ.




А вот и сам ответ. Гриф на документе, к сожалению, накладывает на него некоторые обязательства по публикации.
